A cremation at peace of mind cremation services costs $2995 plus tax. This price covers a standard cremation. A standard cremation includes the following features:
- Arrangement Conference: Personalized service planning at our Funeral Home.
- Registration of Death: Official registration with Alberta Vital Statistics.
- Certificate of Cremation: Obtained directly from the Medical Examiner’s office.
- Transfer of Deceased: We offer 24-hour service for transportation of the deceased from the place of death within 100km. (Note: Additional fees may apply if extra personnel are required.)
- Refrigeration (Sheltering): Safe and dignified sheltering of the deceased for up to 7 days.
- Memorial Tribute Page: An online tribute page for obituaries and service information.
- Basic Cremation Container: Compliant with the standards set by AFSRB.
- Cremation Fee: Covers all costs associated with the cremation process.
- Basic Cardboard Urn: A simple and respectful urn for the ashes.
- Certificate of Cremation: Official documentation of the cremation process.
- Benefit Package: Includes 10 Funeral Director’s Certificates of Death and burial permits.

For those who wish to customize the cremation services further, we offer several additional options:
- Family Goodbye: An intimate farewell before cremation – $295.00
- Selection of Urns: Starting at $195.00, with a variety of designs to choose from.
- Cremation Containers and Caskets: Begin at $495.00, featuring enhanced materials and finishes.
- Guest Books: Available for gathering memories and messages from attendees – $75.00
- Keepsake Jewelry: Starting at $91.00, to keep a part of your loved one close.
- Aftercare Services: Assistance with completing and submitting applications for Canada Pension Plan Death Benefit & Survivor’s Benefit, potentially returning up to $2,500 for those who qualify – $395.00
- Obituary Publication: We can facilitate the publication of an obituary in a newspaper of our choice and will provide a quote upon request.
