Cremation Process in Strathmore
We start the cremation process in Strathmore by us being contacted in some way, either by contacting us online or by phone and speaking with our licensed funeral director about choosing the type of services you require. Scheduling a meeting means you will need to bring some information, but there is a chance you will forget some of this information, which is perfectly normal. You will need to bring: personal information (Alberta Health Care Number, Birth Certificate, Social Insurance Number), time and date of death, and vital statistics (mother’s maiden name, name of parents, place of birth). We will take that information to prepare a death certificate. Following that, we will transfer your loved one to our cremation facility where the cremation will take place. We can transport your loved one from Strathmore or anywhere in Southern Alberta, to our facility. We provide aftercare services to you after the cremation process. The following are some of the aftercare services we provide:

- Completion and submission of the Canadian Pension Plan Death Benefit
