High River Cremation Process
The cremation process starts by contacting our High River funeral director and choosing what kind of service you would like. As soon as possible after contacting us we will schedule a meeting. You will need to bring the following items:
- Vital statistics (name of parents, place of birth, mother’s maiden name)
- Personal information (Social Insurance Number, Alberta Health Care Number, Birth Certificate)
- Date and time of death
If one or more of these items are forgotten, don’t worry it is perfectly normal. We use the information you gave to prepare a death certificate. After that, we will transfer your loved one and to our cremation facility from where they are currently located. We will gladly transfer your loved one to our facility if you are from High River or anywhere in the Southern Alberta area. We provide aftercare services to you after the cremation is over.
